Preparation: Wear undergarments/two-piece bathing suit/sports attire you don't mind perspiring in during treatment. For maximum benefits, follow these treatment guidelines
• Eat a good meal 1 hour before your wrap consisting of low fat protein, vegetables or fruit, and low sugar carbohydrates.
• Drink plenty of water daily. We recommend 1 quart per 50 lbs of body weight. (Do not drink soda before your wrap.)
• You may exfoliate your body the day before your wrap.
• Do not use lotions on your skin prior to your wrap.
• Refrain from showering or eating 3-4 hours after your wrap to get optimal results. You will be able to sip water during those hours, however, you should not be eating.
• Also, for maximum results, include cardiovascular workouts into your week. Cut back on sugar and white flour. Eat plenty of vegetables, light fruit and lean meats. Drink lots of water daily.
